Close on to 30 years ago, my wife and I nearly bought this delightful family home in the heart of the more-than-sought-after Waves Edge suburb! But my best friend moving down from Jo’burg, was quicker off the mark than we were and secured the place for him and his family, ahead of us! They loved this house; and the Bar and the entertainment area often hosted all sorts of highly-memorable celebratory events. It was always an undisputed “Happy Place” for them. 

The house is very typical of a close-on 60 year old home of that era. Constructed according to “old-school” values and practices, this place is as solid as a rock.
